The Daily Fancy

From day trips to road trips, travel always makes its way onto a Matchbook girl’s list of New Year’s resolutions. And when you want to find out exactly where to shop for one-of-a-kind goodies and grab the best lunch in town, Angelika Taschen’s sage advice is second to none.  Taschen’s Four Cities box set covers all the basics in New York, Paris, London, and Berlin. So Matchbook girls, here’s to happy travels in 2012!

The Daily Fancy

This new social stationery set illustrated by our friend Anna Bond of Rifle Paper Co. is almost too cute for words! The “global greetings” are so filled with charm and worldly adventures they simply must have been made for a Matchbook girl! Anna, you’re a genius and we adore you. Anthropologie, thank you for spreading the Rifle love!

The Daily Fancy

We’ve decided to switch things up around here on The Daily Spark — more content, more often. Sound good to you, girls? Each morning we’ll kick things off with one particularly charming product our team has recently fallen for. This “daily fancy” (among other tantalizing editorial content…) is simply a piece that caught our eye and soared to the top of our wish list. For example, these Cath Kidston cosmetic cases — has floral ever looked so good? We’ve narrowed it down to the quilted number at top and button rose at bottom, but really we want each and every one.
